What is the Business Systemic Constellation?
Business Constellation or Organizational Constellation consists of a therapeutic method based on the theories of the German philosopher and psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. Issues that concern the professional environment are addressed here, in which the main objective is to offer solutions to the organization's main problems.
